The permissible age is 13-19 years of age.

Bosque County members attending are Shelby Crockett, Emma Guillory, Mattie Guillory, Jessica Harris, Anna Warnock, Kenneth Wiese, and Lia Worley.  Anna, Jessica, and Shelby will attend as voting delegates, where they will be eligible to vote in the 2014-2015 District Officer Elections.  Anna and Jessica will both be running for a District Office.  Shelby is currently an outgoing Vice Chairman on District Council.
