A New Holiday Health Goal: Maintain – No Gain!

 

This holiday season, the only thing that should be “stuffed” is the turkey! Did you know that many Americans gain between one and five pounds each holiday season? While it might not sound like much, most people never manage to lose those extra pounds.

Take up the Maintain – No Gain Challenge and enjoy the holidays without gaining weight!  The Maintain – No Gain Challenge is a six week challenge to maintain your pre-holiday weight or gain no more than two pounds during the holiday season.  There will be a grand prize drawing at the end of the program – all those who complete the program will be entered to win!

Rather than focusing on trying to lose weight, this FREE six-week challenge provides participants with tips, tricks, and ideas to help maintain your weight throughout the holiday season.

Maintain – No Gain includes:

  • Six weekly newsletters delivered to your inbox with tips to host healthier holiday meals; manage holiday stress; fit physical activity into your busy day; and survive a holiday party.
  • Mid-week Challenges
  • Weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track
  • Healthy holiday recipes
  • Motivation and support from other participants
