4-H Major show Entry Night and 4-H Happenings

Major Show Entry Night will be held at the Extension office on Nov 4th from 5:00-8:00pm. All entry forms, schedules and rule books for the major shows will be provided. We will also be serving homemade chili and cornbread, so bring your appetite as we try to make this process as fun as possible.

Enrollment fees for 4-H today are $20, and go to $25 starting October 31st. Don’t wait! Come, get enrolled and join the fun!

The Food Challenge teams gathered at First Baptist Church of Meridian on Saturday, October 18th, for hours of fun, learning and cooking, followed by the youth serving dinner to their parents. It was a great time for all involved.  Special thanks go to Kerry Hicks, Vicki Crockett and Tanya Worley for volunteering their time to help with the event, and also to First Baptist Church for use of their facilities.
