21st Annual Central Texas Beef Cattle Meeting

The 21st annual Central Texas Beef Cattle Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 virtually, via Zoom.  Registration is FREE.  Program will start at 1:00PM and continue until 4:30PM.

This annual event is hosted jointly by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services in Bosque, Hood, Somervell and Johnson Counties.  This year’s program will include the following presentations:

Herd Health Maintenance, Body Conditioning Score, by Dr. Jason Cleere, Beef Cattle Specialist – Texas A&M AgriLife Extension; Cattle Branding, Theft and Prevention, by Marvin Wills, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Special Ranger; Cattle Market Update & Niche Markets, by David Anderson, Economist – Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and Texas Beef Check Off, by Mike McCravey, Manager of Industry Relations Beef.
