Whether you want to lose weight or just get healthy, you know you need to make changes but aren’t exactly sure what those changes need to be.  The Learn to Live program provides information and answers to many questions you may have about the best methods to get healthy and stay that way.

Topics covered by the program include:

• nutrition
• physical activity
• blood pressure
• cholesterol
• adult immunizations

Learn to Live is a free adult education course presented by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Coryell Memorial Hospital.  The program is a three week series.

The course and all materials are provided for the participants at no charge.  Weekly door prizes will also  add to the fun.
