The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in Bosque County will be conducting a Pesticide Applicator Training from 9-11:30 a.m. July 16 at the Bosque County Extension Office, 104 S Fuller in Meridian.  Registration will begin at 8:45 a.m.

The training is the first required step for anyone interested in obtaining a private pesticide applicator license.

Cost is $15 per participant, payable at the door. However, an RSVP is required by calling the AgriLife Extension office at 254-435-2331 by 5 p.m. July 14. If there are no RSVPs, the training class will not be held.  It is recommended that you purchase study materials for the program from an Extension Office, cost is $40 for study materials. Total cost for training and materials is $55.00 (books & training).
