POSTPONED — 24th Annual Central Texas Beef Cattle Meeting

The 24th annual Central Texas Beef Cattle Meeting will be held on Friday, May 19th at the Meridian Civic Center, located at 309 W River Street in Meridian, Texas. Registration will start at 8:30AM and Program at 9AM. The program will conclude with a steak Lunch.

 

This annual event is hosted jointly by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services in Bosque, Hood, Somervell and Johnson Counties.  This year’s program will include the following presentations:

Market Update & Forecast, Bull Selection and Body Condition Scores During a Drought, Pasture and Weed Management.

 

Cost of the program and meal is $20.00 and can be paid at the door. For those with a TDA Pesticide Applicator License, One (1) General CEU will be offered.

 

For meal planning purposes please RSVP by contacting the Bosque County Extension Office at 254-435-2331 or https://bosque.agrilife.org no later than May 15th, or for any other information concerning the workshop.  Lone Star (Waco) will be providing breakfast.
