The Bosque 4-H Banquet will be held Luau Style on June 12th at Clifton Park, next to the pool. The Awards Banquet and Dinner will begin at 6:00pm, to be followed by Officer Inductions and a Party at The Clifton Pool. Dress will be 4-H appropriate, but with the Luau Theme in mind (no swimsuits at the Banquet).
Participation in events and projects by Bosque 4-Hers from the 2014 – 2015 year will be recognized. The Star Award winners will be announced. Star Awards are a series of awards showing progression of the 4-H member’s involvement, including growth and diversification of both the 4-H member and their projects/events. The series begins with the Bronze Star (Step 1), Silver Star (Step 2), “I Dare You” National Award (Step 3 or 4), and ultimately ending with the Gold Star (Step 4).
The 4-H Scholarship Award winners and Senior Recognition will also take place during the Banquet. Volunteers and community support from individuals, businesses and organizations throughout Bosque County make the clubs and projects in the county possible. This will be recognized with the Gold Clover 4-H Volunteer Award and the “Friend of 4-H” for support of Bosque 4-H.
All 4-H families and friends of 4-H are welcome! Please RSVP below:
