Congratulations to our Plant ID teams! They did great at the State Fair this past weekend!

• 4^th place Junior Team: Court Kretzmeier, Merritt Kretzmeier, Stephen Murphy, and Matthew Murphy!
• 2^nd Place Senior Team: Benjamin Murphy, Emily Murphy, Kenzie Kretzmeier!

We also had some individual placings!

• Matthew Murphy: 10^th place junior,
• Kenzie Kretzmeier: 7^th place senior, and
• Emily Murphy: 8^th place senior.

This week’s upcoming 4-H events include…

• Rockets to the Rescue: Build a rocket on October 9^th at Dahl Park in Clifton at 11:30am.
• One Day 4-H: The annual service project for all 4-H clubs. Bosque County clubs will be collecting canned goods for our local food banks. At 4 pm on Saturday, October 11^th, each club will meet in their local community and go through local neighborhoods and ask for donations of canned goods. Our Local food banks can use any canned meats, canned vegetables, cereals, peanut butter, dry beans, rice, flour, sugar, corn meal, pasta/sauces. Please make sure all items have a good expiration date.
