Don’t forget to sign up for the 3rd Annual Healthy Cooking School on April 15th! This educational and entertaining event will show how healthy, quick and easy cooking can be at home! The Healthy Cooking School will be held on April 15 from 6-8pm at the Barry B Thompson Student Center Ballroom at Tarleton State University in Stephenville. Local cooking experts will demonstrate three main courses with side dishes, and registered dietitians from Texas Health Resources will demonstrate how to make kale chips, polenta, and other Pinterest ideas. Students from Tarleton State University will host a “Not Your Momma’s Kitchen Gadgets” challenge.
