Private Applicator Training and Testing to be held in Bosque County

 

Tuesday, November 5, 2013 is your best opportunity to acquire your Private Applicator License if you live in Bosque County. Acquiring this license will enable producers to purchase and use restricted-use chemicals such as Weedmaster, Grazon P & D, Tordon and other substances.

 

The program will be held at the Bosque County AgriLife Extension office at 104 S. Fuller in Meridian starting at 9:00 a.m. November 5th. Brandi Kelm, a Texas Department of Agriculture instructor, will lead the course. The course will last from 9am to 3pm, with testing at 1:30 p.m. The course cost of $60.00 includes the required study materials, snacks and meal. Registration deadline is Friday, November 1, 2013. Pre-registration is essential as study material has to be ordered by that date.
