We have been busy the last few weeks helping our 4-H members to validate their animals and get ready for livestock shows.  The Central Texas Youth Fair is just around the corner! The CTYF is open to exhibitors attending Bosque County schools or Valley Mills ISD, and members of Bosque County 4-H. Though the fair is not until March 3-7, 2015, some entries and fees are due by December 10, 2014, while others are not due until February 2, 2015. Mark your calendars for a few more validation dates.  Swine validation will take place on November 24^th starting at 4:00pm. Please ask your ag teacher for the location or give the Extension office a call at 254-435-2331. On February 2, rabbit validation will take place at Clifton High School from 4:30-5:30pm.
