The Bosque, Hamilton & Johnson County AgriLife Extension Offices will be hosting a Small Grain & Stocker Cattle Conference on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at the Cranfills Gap Community Center. One CEU will be offered to those holding a private applicators pesticide license.
This year’s presentations include New & Traditional Small Grain Forage Options, Non-Traditional Stocker Cattle Options, When Will it End—A Look at the Markets and Farm Service Agency Programs.
The registration fee is $10 when you pre-register by August 22, or $15 at the door. For more information or to pre-register, please contact the Bosque County Extension office at 254-435-2331, or come by the office at 104 S. Fuller in Meridian.
ON August 26th the registration will start at 5:30pm followed by a meal and program starting at 6:30.
